June brought a modest increase in sales while inventory remained elevated across Calgary and surrounding communities. Buyers continue to benefit from more choice, particularly in apartment-style homes, while detached homes in many areas continue to hold their value thanks to tighter supply.
• Calgary: 2,197 sales, benchmark price $572,500, with 3.09 months of supply overall market remains balanced.
• Airdrie: 130 sales, 275 new listings and 538 active listings. Inventory continues to rise, giving buyers more options while benchmark prices remain relatively stable at $516,900.
• Cochrane: Inventory eased slightly, but demand remains healthy with 98 sales and a benchmark price of $580,200.
• Okotoks: Continues to be one of the region's strongest markets with only 2.33 months of supply, helping keep prices stable at $618,600.
